I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Nichols and the staff at Davenport Vision Source. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their care and professionalism.
After many years of going to an eye doctor in the "big city", I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Davenport Vision Source. While my experience with "big city" doctors was always courteous and professional, I often felt like just another patient as they churned through a waiting room full of clients.
Being a small-town doctor with a lack of local competition, one might guess they would provide mediocre service and still be successful. This, however, was completely opposite of what we experienced. Their compassion, knowledge, skill, and friendliness, not just with us but each other, was incomparable to other experiences and was much appreciated.
